Press Release: Former WBC lightweight titlist Jessica "Ragin" Rakoczy (27-2, 10 KOs) will battle Belinda Laracuente (23-20, 9 KO's) in a rubber match at the Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore CA on February 29, 2008.
