Former undisputed heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman has informed Boxingtalk.com that he is not accepting a $1.5-$2M offer to face WBC heavyweight champ Vitali Klitschko at Madison Square Garden on April 30. Of course, as the WBC's mandatory challenger, Rahman is entitled to 25% of the winning bid at a purse offer.
