A head shorter than the lanky Williams, Quintana's performance should serve as an instructional on how to beat a taller opponent. He now joins Miguel Cotto (WBA) and Kermit Cintron (IBF) as Puerto Ricans holding world title belts at 147 pounds. Quintana's only career loss is to Cotto.
