Sampson Boxing is joining forces with ProBoxTV to present a year-long monthly series of world-class boxing events, emanating from South America and featuring the continent’s young fighting hopefuls. The first event, scheduled for Saturday, July 22nd at the Radisson Victoria Plaza Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay, will feature local middleweight Amilcar Vidal (16-1, 12 KOs) taking on Venezuela’s Domicio Rondon (17-5, 11 KOs) over ten rounds. Another featured ten-round bout will involve two power punching featherweights duking it out for the South American championship: former Olympian Mirco Cuello (11-0, 10 KOs) of Argentina vs. Venezuela's slugger Antonio Guzman (23-3, 19 KOs).
Having recently celebrated their first year in operation, ProBoxTV has focused on its Wednesday Night Fights bi-weekly series plus original boxing programming. The addition of the South American shows will give the upstart platform another monthly outlet to present live boxing action.

UFC legend and “The Golden Voice of Combat Sports” Mike Goldberg will join outspoken former world champions Paulie Malignaggi and Chris Algieri to deliver all the calls in English, while hall-of-fame great Juan Manuel Marquez, women’s boxing legend Claudia Trejos and Emmy-winning broadcaster Ricardo Celes will convey the action to Spanish viewers.
