Press Release: Prize Fight Boxing announced the signing of super middleweight prospect Rowland Bryant,  12-0 (8 KO’s) and  one of the hardest punching super middleweights in the business. Bryant is trained and managed by Jim & Christy Martin. Christy Martin had this to say, “Rowland is a fighter that brings to the table what every fight fan wants to see and that is one punch knockout ability. We are extremely excited about signing with Prize Fight Boxing. I have worked with Brian in the past and know he gets out and works for his boxers. I love the passion and work ethic of Prize Fight.” Bryant will make his debut for Prize Fight Boxing on the August 26th “Fights At The Fitz” card at The Fitz Hotel & Casino in Tunica, MS as he faces Bobby Elkins.   Promoter Brian Young commented on the signing of Rowland Bryant, “I had Rowland on my card back in 2003 and have followed his career ever since. Prize Fight couldn’t be any more pleased with the signing.  Rowland’s punching power and boxing skills will allow him to compete for the super middleweight Title within the next two years.  Rowland will be fighting numerous times on Prize Fight’s cards over the next 18 months until we get him a title shot.”  Asked to compare his abilities to others in the sport Bryant said this, “I am a knockout artist. I idolize other knockout artists like Mike Tyson, Joe Louis and Christy Martin. I always worked well with the Martins. Having Prize Fight involved will take me to the next level. I am very excited.”
