Last month, Vinny Paz entered a plea bargain with Rhode Island prosecutors in which he had to surrender his driving license for three months as penalty for getting pulled over and refusing to take a breathalyzer test. Paz, who won two world titles under the name Vinny Pazienza, was driving errectically when pulled over. Now, prosecutors have discovered Paz had pulled the same tactic (refusing a breathalyzer) back in 2000, so they want to vacate the plea bargain and seek tougher penalties on the grounds that this information makes Paz a repeat offender. According to the Associated Press, a hearing is scheduled for next Thursday. According to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 17,000 people were killed in alcohol-related car crashes. Paz won the IBF 135-pound title in 1987 and the WBA 154-pound title in 1991. -Scott Shaffer
