Lorenzo Parra barely retained his WBA flyweight title Monday in Tokyo, outpointing Japan's Takefumi Sakata. Parra won by majority decision, outscoring Sakata on two of the three scorecards to improve to 26-0 with 17 knockouts. The scores were 114-114, 115-113 and 114-113 for Parra, rated #2 by Boxingtalk. Sakata, Boxingtalk's #9 flyweight, dropped to 24-3-1 with 10 knockouts. source: Associated Press
