Paez added to Tribal Pride!

Undefeated teenage sensation Jorge Paez Jr. continues his busy schedule when he faces Travis Hartman in a four-round lightweight bout May 18 on the inaugural “Tribal Pride” pay-per-view card at Hollywood, Fla.The 18-year-old Paez is coming off a four-round unanimous decision over Lowell Brownfield May 6 in Las Vegas on the Oscar De La Hoya-Ricardo Mayorga undercard.

      Paez, from Mexicali, Mexico, has a record of 8-0 with seven knockouts.   

      Paez is co-promoted by Sycuan Ringside Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions.

      The May 18 bout on the “Tribal Pride” card presented by Warrior’s Boxing Promotions and Sycuan Ringside Promotions at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino features another Sycuan Ringside Promotions boxer, former International Boxing Federation lightweight champion Julio Diaz, facing Ricky Quiles for the IBF lightweight interim title.

      Paez is managed by Andy Ruiz.

      Hartman, from St. Joseph, Mo., has a record of 7-3-1 with five knockouts.
