As Ronnie Nathanielsz first reported, featherweight king Manny Pacquiao's next opponent will be Gary St. Clair, who will serve as Pacquiao's tune-up before the anticipated rematch of fight of the year favorite with Juan Manuel Marquez (Boxingtalk #2),  Pacquiao's promoter Murad Muhammad told Boxingtalk.com, "Manny Pacquiao doesn't look at anyone as a tune-up, he trains hard for everyone." Muhammad also confirmed that Pacquiao vs. St. Clair will take place in Manila, Philippines on November 27 or December 4.  Pacquaio is Boxingtalk's #1 featherweight while St. Clair is rated #19. (12:01 AM/ET)
