PBC has confirmed that former two-division champion Jermall Charlo was removed from Saturday's show in Sydney, Australia because of visa issues. Charlo's fight will be replaced by a lightweight showdown between Ahmad Reda and Australian Olympian Paul Fleming. The WBA junior lightweight title eliminator between former two-division world champion Stephen Fulton Jr. and former world title challenger Liam Wilson has been elevated to the co-feature.The main event features former unified welterweight champion Errol "The Truth" Spence Jr. returning to face former junior middleweight champion Tim Tszyu.

 

Saturday's PBC event takes place at the Afterpay Arena in Sydney. The event will be available on a pay-per-view basis on Prime Video, DAZN and other pay-per-view platforms.

 

Reda vs. Fleming will precede the co-feature and follow the opening bout between Australian Olympian Callum Peters and fellow unbeaten Ivan Actis.

 

Reda (8-0, 6 KOs), of Sydney, turned professional in November 2023 and opened his career by stopping five of his first six opponents. Last August, the 23-year old defeated Bruno Tarimo by unanimous decision to win the Australian junior welterweight championship before stopping Wayne Telepe in the sixth round in his most recent outing.

 

Fleming (28-1-2, 18 KOs), a 2008 Australian Olympian from Tully, Queensland, suffered his only professional defeat in a 2023 challenge against contender Charly Suarez. Fleming led on all three scorecards before being stopped in the twelfth round. He most recently fought Jake Wyllie to a split draw last November.
