Former IBF junior middleweight champion Kassim "The Dream" Ouma will face Marco Antonio Rubio on May 6, 2006 as part of the Ricardo Mayorga-Oscar De La Hoya undercard in Las Vegas.  Boxingtalk was provided this nformation by Ouma's trainer, the respected Ronnie Shields. "It is signed, sealed and delivered, now we just are preparing," said Shields. Rubio, 33-2, has won seven straight since being brutally knocked out by Kofi Jantuah. Ouma, 23-2, and considered by most to be the top contender in the 154-pound division to the last man to beat him (Roman Karmazin) was originally planning to fight middleweight Sam Soliman, but Soliman did not agree to fight Ouma.
