Boxingtalk has just learned that former IBF junior middleweight champion Kassim Ouma and undefeated junior middleweight up and comer Sechew Powell have agreed to terms for an intriguing junior middleweight showdown on August 5. Ouma-Powell will be the televised HBO co-feature to Forrest-Quartey fight that takes place at the Theater at Madison Square Garden on August 5.
