Little-known Darrelle Sukerow has been tapped to face Dmitriy Salita in the main event next Thursday at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom. Sukerow, from the western part of Canada has a record of 11-12-1. Last April, he challenged Brooke Welby for the Canadian welterweight title and came away with a draw. After that, he lost an eight-rounder to David Jackson, a 2000 Olympian who is largely inactive. Salita is 20-0 and coming off a tough bout against Paul Delgado.
