Takero Kitano W10 Erson Trinidad... Takero Kitano defeated visiting Filipino Erson Trinidad (10-6-1) by unanimous decision to win the OPBF minimumweight title at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The judges scored the fight 99-91 and 100-90 (twice). Kitano (11-1-1) controlled the distance behind his right jab and left hand. He led 50-45 (twice) and 49-46 on the midway open scoring cards and maintained his advantage during the second half of the fight to earn the decision.
 
Ryang Ho Han W10 Kyotaro Yoshida... On the same show, South Korea's Ryang Ho Han (6-1) defeated Kyotaro Yoshida (8-5) by majority decision to win the OPBF super flyweight title. The judges scored the fight 96-94, (twice) and 95-95. Han applied pressure and worked the body with combinations from the opening rounds. Yoshida rallied during the closing rounds, but Han's work over the course of the fight was enough to earn the majority decision.
 
Keita Nakayama TKO5 Hijiri Oka... Keita Nakayama (5-0, 5 KOs) stopped Hijiri Oka at 1:58 of round five to win the vacant OPBF bantamweight title. Nakayama attacked the body and landed combinations during the opening rounds. In the fifth, he hurt Oka (3-1) with a right uppercut and followed with a series of unanswered punches against the ropes, prompting referee Katsuhiko Nakamura to stop the fight.
