Murad Muhammad, promoter of world featherweight champion Manny Pacquiao, who is currently in the Phillippines, told Boxingtalk that a rematch between Pacquaio and Juan Manuel Marquez will take place on February 26, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Muhammad wouldn't disclose the venue, but reliable sources in Vegas informed Boxingtalk it will either be the MGM Grand, which hosted the memorable first fight or Caesar's Palace. Pacquiao wil first fight on December 4.  Originally Gary St. Clair appeared to be Pacquaio's tune-up opponent, but that no longer appears to be the case. (12:00 AM ET)
