WBA 130-pound champion Vicente Mosquera was arrested the weekend in his native Panama, after a fight in which he allegedly tried to strike a 68-year old woman, according to a police report.  The police said that Mosquera, was involved in a family dispute and was taken into custody.   Because Mosquera allegedly continued the attack at the police station, additional charges were added.  According to reports in La Prensa, Mosquera was fined 100 dollars. source: Yahoo!
