Officials for the eagerly anticipated July 15 rematch between "Sugar" Shane Mosley and "Ferocious" Fernando Vargas have been announced. Kenny Bayless will be the third man in the ring in charge of the action and judges will be Adalaide Byrd, Dave Moretti and Jerry Roth. Mosley-Vargas II will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be available live on HBO PPV.  .
