Moments ago, "Sugar" Shane Mosley contacted Boxingtalk.com to inform us that he will not be fighting on the Feb. 19 Hopkins-Eastman undercard at the Staples Center. Mosley said he's hopeful of a March return, and he expects to do some very big things at welterweight.
