Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has obtained a temporary restraining order shutting down a Web site using the domain name floydmayweather.net.  A federal judge in Las Vegas issued an order against Atlanta Sports & Entertainment Marketing stopping it from using Mayweather's name and likeness on the site. Also, the domain name registrar was orered not to transfer the domain name to any third parties. Mayweather alleges the website was selling memberships for $50 to a fan club bearing his name, which Mayweather had nothing to do with. In the findings of fact, the judge called Mayweather "one of the greatest technical boxers of all time."
