Boxingtalk has been informed that Bob Arum and Warriors Boxing are currently working out the terms for a middleweight showdown between Edison Miranda and Kelley Pavlik. HBO would televise the bout on July 28 along with the replay of the Hopkins-Wright PPV. No venue has been solidified as this goes to print. Needless to say the winner of Miranda-Pavlik would be considered THE challenger to undisputed middleweight champion Jermain Taylor. (2:04 PM EST)
