There may be two new opponents for an ESPN2 Friday Night Fights show next month. Boxingtalk was informed Sunday morning that contracts have been offered to Minnesota welterweights Jose Leo Moreno and James Wayka to face Lamont and Anthony Peterson, February 17th at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. It will be Moreno, 12-1 (10 KOs), replacing Courtney Burton as the opponent for local favorite Lamont Peterson in the main event. Moreno is coming off a first-round knockout loss against undefeated junior welterweight "Mighty" Mike Aranoutis last December. Wayka, 14-4 (8 KOs), has signed on to face younger brother Anthony Peterson in a six round, junior welterweight co-feature.
