Press Release: Super middleweight Epifanio Mendoza will be featured in an eight-round  bout this Friday, July 20, 2007 promoted by All Star Boxing, Inc., in association with Don King Productions.  Mendoza is looking for his fourth consecutive victory when he faces veteran, William Johnson. Mendoza is 27-4-1 while the veteran Johnson has a record of 9-13-1 but is coming off a win over previously undefeated Darryl Salmon.  Mendoza is taking this bout seriously and says he has an impending WBA title shot against current Anthony Mundine lined up for Australia later this year.  “I have been working hard this year, and I will be fighting for a world title this year against Mundine.  This is what I have waited for my entire career, and I will make the most of it, but not before disposing of Johnson who stands in my way.” The bout will be part of Telemundo Boxing, Friday Night Fights, taking place in the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida.  For tickets and information call 407-935-1412.
