Reliable sources have informed Boxingtalk.com that a bout between heavyweight contenders Jameel McCline and Sergei Lyakhovich is currently in the works. McCline dropped a very competitive decision to IBF heavyweight champion Chris Byrd on November 13, while Lyakhovich is fresh off the biggest win of his career, an upset over previously highly touted heavyweight Dominic Guinn. Lyakhovich's promoter Lou DiBella and McCline's promoter Cedric Kushner were both unavailable for immediate comment, but Boxingtalk.com plans to update you with more details later today.
