As expected undefeated pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr has decided to relinquish his IBF welterweight title he won from Zab Judah earlier this year. The IBF had called for a purse bid to take place next week, however it is clear that Mayweather was not looking to face Mark Suarez at this time.
