The Minnesota junior middleweight title will be decided on March 11, 2005 when Matt Vanda faces Troy Lowry at the St. Paul National Armory in the state's capital city.  According to minnesotaboxing.com, tickets for the bout go on sale at the end of the week. Vanda had a 32 fight win streak snapped in his second-to-last bout by Armando Velardez. He came back in November with a split-decision win over Patrick Thompson.  Lowry is 26-3, although he has fought a pretty low level of competition over his 13-year pro career. -Scott Shaffer
