Boxingtalk has learned that Chicago's Miguel "Macho" Hernandez, 19-3 with 9 KOs, will  serve as the comeback opponent for former junior middleweight world title holder Raul "El Diamante" Marquez.   The bout will take place on April 29, 2006 at Coushatta Casino in Kinder, Lousiana.  This will be Marquez's first bout since his 2004 loss to now reigning world middleweight champion Jermain Taylor.  Reportedly, Freddy Cuevas was the first choice but declined the fight.  Marquez is training in Houston, Texas, with Ronnie Shields.  His career record is 35-3 and he held the IBF 154-pound title in 1997, winning three title fights until losing toYori Boy Campas. Also slated to appear on the same card are female pound-forpound candidate Anne Wolfe, 22-1, and Akondaye Fountain, 7-0
