The compnay got started whenFrank Maloney parted ways with Frank Warren's Sports Network and joined his brother, Eugene, in order to help run the family business, Maloney Promotions. "I'm excited to be helping my brother Eugene, who has struggled for the last six or seven years to keep small hall London boxing alive. If I'm not mistaken, he has promoted more shows than anyone else during that period. I appreciated what Frank Warren has done, releasing me early from my contract, so I can help my brother concentrate on building the family business."
