Boxingtalk.com has been informed that Paulie " The Magic Man" Malignaggi (18-0, 5 KOs) has resumed training. In his last outing Malignaggi dominated Ramiro Cano (18-2, 14 KOs) in a Showtime televised fight. "I knew he was going to come, bring it and show alot of heart" said Malignaggi "but skills pay the bills. I offset it with my skills." When the gloves were removed there was blood on the handwraps of Malignaggi. "My right hand I had surgery on" Malignaggi continued "and it looks like the tendon is inflamed again. I can't close it. My left hand I never had a problem with and I can't close this one either." "I hurt my hands early in the fight. I fought six or seven rounds like that" Paulie Malignaggi stated after the fight. "During the fight it was all pins and needles." Maliganggi has been slowly working his hands into his daily workouts and has continued to progress. "My hands are doing good. They're feeling better.
