Mads Larsen to face unbeaten opponent

Press Release: Mads Larsen will make his fourth fight after his comeback on October 27, 2007 when he takes on Emiliano Cayetano in Erfurt, Germany. The former European super-middleweight champion is eager to put himself back into a position for a title fight. "I want to fight for international titles again soon," the Golden Boy stated. "My goal remains a world title fight." That´s why the 34-year-old Dane (48-2, 37 KOs) has set his sights on a victory over his unbeaten opponent (16-0, 10 KOs) next week. "I have carefully prepared myself for the meeting with Cayetano," he said. "He has won all 16 of his fights as a professional and that tells you something about his abilitiy." Larsen has shown tremendous improvement in each of his last three fights. He cruised to uncontested points victories over Vasily Andriyanov and former WBO titlist Hector Javier Velazco before convincingly defeating Nader Hamdan in Berlin on August 18.
