New York based Heavyweight Prospect Darryl “King David” Madison 10-1(3) defeated veteran Zuri Lawrence this past Friday to pick up the vacant NYS Heavyweight championship. Madison impressively out boxed and out hustled Lawrence from the opening Bell to score a unanimous decision (77-75 on all cards) over the 42-fight journeyman. Look out for Madison later this summer.
