Francisco Lorenzo W10 Guadalupe Rosales... Youth was not served in The Bronx, New York on Friday as veteran Francisco Lorenzo edged up-and-comer Guadalupe Rosales by a close but unanimous decision. Rosales has a future in the sport but the veteran Lorenzo was perhaps too quick a step for him. Lorenzo captured the junior lightweight bout by scores of 96-94 (twice) and 97-93. Telefutura announcers agreed with the 96-94 score. This was a huge win for Lorenzo, who has hovered on the fringes of title contention for years. source: solo boxeo on telefutura
