Long-awaited All Philly Match-up

Power Productions in action this Friday

A highly anticipated, once cancelled fight between Jameel Wilson and Lujaun Simon is the 8-round Super Middleweight main event on Power Productions fight card coming this Friday in Philadelphia.  This fight was scheduled to go off in January but was cancelled due to a broken hand suffered by Wilson.

Simon had another fight fall through recently, so both fighters are chomping at the bit to get back inside the squared circle. Power Productions President, Greg Robinson says “the show is going well so far” as he seeks to equal the solid crowds he’s enjoyed with past shows at the National Guard Armory at Southhampton St. and Roosevelt Boulevard in northeast Philadelphia.  The show is scheduled to get underway at 8pm with 10 fights on the docket, according to matchmaker, Sonny Mistretta. He still has to find an opponent for Orandie Dawley, who just had a foe exit the scene.  All bouts are subject to change, however some of the lineup includes:

Derrick Ennis (5-0) vs. Vance Garvey  (5-14-2)
Tyric Robinson (2-0) vs. Ahmad Curry (2-2)
Chazz Witherspon (3-0) vs. Harold Rodriguez
Jamaal Davis vs. Rashard Sanders
Danny Williams (pro debut) vs. Cory Evans
Eric Hunter vs. Alex Matsos
Alfred Banuikuviciuz vs. Lamont Barnes.
