With Polsat Sport TV broadcasting, Lodzik topped countryman Mateusz Polski by unanimous decision. The first two rounds, Polski clearly won, but from the third round onwards, Lodzik made the necessary adjustments. In round five, Lodzik sent Polski to the canvas with a good power combination. Polski (5-1) showed a big heart to continue until the end, but the judges rewarded Lodzik (9-0) by scores of 97-92 (twice) and 96-93.
