Paul Spadafora shot his then-girlfriend in the stomach but might serve as little as six months in jail.  According to the Associated Press Spadafora, was sentenced to up to five years in jail, but could get of jail in six months if he completes a boot camp program. Previous reports in the Pittsburg Post-Gazette said Spadafora shot Russo when she accidentally caused two flat tires to his car. Spadafora then threatened a man who was trying to assist the woman, Nadine Russo.  She recovered and later married Spadafora and now has a son with him.  Spadafora, currently rated #10 at junior welterweight in the Boxingtalk ratings, hasn't boxed since last July. He will be removed from the top twenty in the next update.
