Moments ago manager Ivaylo Gotzev informed Boxingtalk.com that WBO heavyweight champion Sergei Liakhovich has officially signed on to face Shannon Briggs on Novembers 4. Liakhovich-Briggs will headline on Showtime Championship Boxing. Chase Field, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks will host the event. Although no deal has been solidified as of yet, world bantamweight champion Rafael Marquez is expected to see action in televised co-feature. (7:15 PM)
