Unheralded 2-0 prospect stepping in

Press Release: Citing personal reasons, lightweight contender Juan Lazcano has been forced to withdraw from this Saturday’s “Viva Mexico” card in El Paso, Texas, where he was to face Hernan Galaviz in a ten round contest. Stepping in for “The Hispanic Causing Panic” will be highly regarded featherweight prospect Aaron Garcia (2-0), who will put his unbeaten record on the line against rugged veteran Bryan Garcia (7-12, 2 KOs) in a six round contest.  This bout will open the HBOPPV card at 9pm ET / 6pm PT. “Viva Mexico” which airs live from the Don Haskins Center beginning at 9pm ET / 6pm PT - is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and headlined by the junior lightweight championship bout between boxing superstar Marco Antonio Barrera and number one contender Mzonke Fana.
