Deon Nicholson W10 Sergio Jimenez ... In Tuscaloosa, Alabama last weekend, Deon Nicholson (21-1 with 17 KOs) won a light heavyweight bout, besting previously unbeaten Sergio Jimenez of Mexico at the Tuscaloosa Rivermarket. After ten rounds, the local man earned the unanimous decision via scores of 100-89, 99-90 and 98-91 in a fight in which he was able to dominate from the outset against an opponent who had an aggressive style but couldn’t do much else.  In addition to the dominance in the ring, Nicholson benefited from a point deduction against his opponent.

Jimenez saw his record drop to 15 wins, 1 loss and 1 draw with 13 KOs.
