Former New Jersey State Athletic Commissioner Larry Hazzard has filed a law suit against the state of New Jersey claiming that not only has his first amendment right been violated, but, he claims wrongdoing based on the principles of the NJ Freedom of Expression Act and also the Whistle Blower Act.  Jimmy Binns, attorney for Larry Hazzard believes the firing was of a retaliatory nature which violates New Jersey state law.  Remember where you heard it first.
