Former super middleweight champion Jeff Lacy won a hard fought majority decision over Vitali Tsypko at the St. Pete's Times Forum tonight. Lacy completely dominated the early rounds, but faded down the stretch and Tsypko was nearly able to capitalize on the opportunity.
