Boxingtalk was informed today by Freddie Roach that he believes the fight between Jeff Lacy and Peter Manfredo Jr is a done deal.  Roach was clear that he isn't 100 percent of the news, but that he believes it's done.  The fight is scheduled for December 8, 2007 on the Floyd Mayweather-Ricky Hatton vs Mayweather undercard.
