Press Release: Next week, Cedric Kushner will announce the launch of his new boxing promotional company,  Gotham Boxing.  The company's first fight card has been titled “The Premiere” and will feature heavyweight contender Shannon Briggs on May 24, 2006  at the Grand Ballroom at Manhattan Center. Briggs, a native of Brooklyn who now lives in Florida, is  schduled to face Chris Koval in Gotham's inaugural main event.
