Korean female strawweight Ji Hyun Park headlines an international card on Saturday April 13th at the Bucheon Gymnasium, just outside of South Korea's capital city, Seoul. Park (23-3 with 7 KOs), takes on China's Yu Fei Wu, who at still only eighteen years of age brings a record of 7-2 woth 1 KO. Despite fighting outside of her native China for the first time, Wu must be considered a healthy underdog. Park won a significant but in July of 2018, scoring a fifth round knockout of Nongnun Sor Praithong from Thailand. The 33-year-old from nearby Incehon, approximately ten KM from Bucheon, fought for the WBO title in March of last year, narrowly losing to Japan's Kayoko Ebata via majority decision in Japan. source: wbf
