Boxingtalk.com learned today that Don King Productions has nabbed a March 12 HBO date for Lamon Brewster to defend his WBO heavyweight title against Andrew Golota. Golota is rated #4 by Boxingtalk and Brewster #19 despite Brewster's current reign in the WBO.  After Brewster stopped Wladimir Klitschko on April 10, he defeated Kali Meehan by dubious decision on September 4. Many in boxing feel Golota should hold both the IBF anbd WBA titles after questionable decision losses in his last two fights against King's other heavyweight champions, Chris Byrd and John Ruiz. Boxingtalk.com will continue to keep you updated as more information comes in so stay tuned, until then, Remember Where You Heard It First!
