King and Rahman to sue Vitali for fraud and breach of contract?

Moments ago Don King's attorney Judd Burstein told Boxingtalk.com, "It's been confirmed that Vitali Klitschko has retired. But from the DKP/Rahman side of the table, this is not over. We believe, that based on the fact that he had secret surgery, apparently, by someone who is not one of the leading doctor's in the field, suggests that this is just a smoke screen for his deciding that he no longer wanted to fight. Part of the negotiations between Rahman and DKP, which lead to a resolution of all disputes was an informal agreement to discuss my going forward on behalf of Rahman and DKP suing Vitali for breach of contract and fraud. No one should be surprised by this. People wanted to make him a hero because he stuck around for a couple of rounds after getting cut by Lennox Lewis, but that was never the true measure of Vitali Klitschko. The true measure is seen when he sat on the stool against Chris Byrd and refused to continue fighting. Everybody seems to have forgotten that surpreme act of cowardice because they are blinded by the cut in the Lewis fight. I guess when a pig flies no one focusing on how short a time it stayed up. We look forward to seeing the real medical explaination here. It's too bad that he did not have an X-Ray of his heart or a blood test to determine courage. But then again, we know what those tests would have revealed."
