Yet another name has been put on the list for Floyd Mayweather’s next opponent. This time it is Almazbek Raiymkulov AKA Kid Diamond, who along with Joel Casamayor and Sharmba Mitchell, has been added to the list of finalists for Mayweather's November 19 date, this according to Cameron Dunkin, Kid Diamond’s manager. Dunkin and Bob Arum will be meeting soon to discuss a possible match up. Pretty Boy and Kid Diamond have faced each other in the ring before, and reportedly it did not go well for Floyd. As told by Dunkin, before a sparring session last year at Top Rank’s gym in Las Vegas, someone on Team Mayweather called Kid Diamond a “Chinaman,” which “pissed off” Raiymkulov, because he is, in fact, Kygrgzstan. When the sparring got underway, Kid Diamond reportedly hit the Pretty Boy hard enough to injure one of Floyd’s ribs. In return, Floyd kicked his sparring partner out of the Top Rank gym, and even though things are now fine between the two fighters, Kid Diamond has not been welcomed back in the gym by Team Mayweather.
