Press Release: In the main event of this Friday night’s Solo Boxeo at Cicero Stadium, Illinois, former featherweight world champion Kevin “The Flushing Flash” Kelley, (57-6-2, 38 KO’s) will take on perennial world title challenger and former Mexican champion Juan Carlos “Ranchero” Ramirez,  (37-8, 16 KO’s) of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in a scheduled ten round bout. Chicago brawler Luciano “El Mohicano” Perez, 12-3-1 (11 KOs) will face St. Louis native Steve Vincent, 8-4 (7 KOs) in an eight-round welterweight co-feature, it was announced today by Dominic Pesoli, President of 8 Count Productions. Said Pesoli of the co-main event, “Steve Vincent was here a few months back against Gilbert Venegas in a great bout so this one should be a very good battle. Our fans love Luciano as he’s shown to be a true warrior since turning pro and they know he’ll battle to the finish as he’s done many times on our shows.”
