WBA supermiddle champ Mikkel Kessler makes his first defense of the title against Australian Tony Mundine May 11 at the International Centre in Sydney. Team Palle have previously attempted to get Kessler a voluntary defence in Denmark in March but those failed. The champ is back home at the moment after having spent a month in Los Angeles training under Jimmy Montoya.
