Late last night Willie Savannah, manager of undefeated WBA lightweight champion Juan Diaz confirmed to Boxingtalk.com that Diaz has yet to sign a promotional contract with Don King Productions. "We've signed a bout agreement for the November 4, but we still haven't signed any contract," stated Savannah, who also confirmed that Diaz will legally be a promotional free agent on November 5.
