Press Release: Promoter Frank Maloney will stage a British title bout when current  domestic super featherweight chieftain Carl Johanneson takes on former champ Michael Gomez at the Doncaster Dome on October 19, 2007.  Johanneson and Gomez are two of Britain’s most colourful and experienced super feathers. There is nothing to split the pair as Gomez boasts a title win over European champ Leva Kirakosyan who beat Johanneson in July.
