GL: Can you give us some thoughts on Manny Pacquiao's performance against Marco Antonio Barrera? "It was mediocre at best. He's a regular fighter and he just comes forward and throws a lot of punches. Between me and you I think he's a maricon. He's calling out the lightweights like David Diaz and saying he wants to move up in weight, but he doesn't mention my name. I went up to his face a few days before his fight with Barrera and all he did was look at me and smile like a little girl. To me he's a B level fighter at best."

GL: So you have no doubts that you would make Pacquiao look ordinary?

Joel Casamayor: "Let's put it this way, I don't think Pacquiao makes it past six rounds. I've already been in there with better than him. He's mediocre and he's a maricon. He doesn't punch that hard, he has no defense, he has no skills, all he's got is a big head."

GL: If he has no skills how does he keep beating these Mexican legends?

JC: "That's because they're all living legends who are past their prime. I asked him for this fight and he's smiling. If he fought Barrera twice, Morales three times and Juan Manuel Marquez, why wouldn't he want to fight me?"

GL: How is everything going in preparation for your November 10 fight with Armando Santa Cruz and are you truly focused on the task at hand?

JC: "Everything has been perfect, I'm in shape and I'm not distracted at all. We're at the fight and we're trying to bargain a fight and none of these big names want fight, so we're thinking about next year right now. Everybody is ducking me, but with the help of Golden Boy Promotions, these chumps will have no choice but to fight me."

GL: Does Santa Cruz go the distance?

JC: "No way. We're going to use all of the things we've been working on in the gym with Joe. The speed, the power, it's all there. I'm going to blast Armando Santa Cruz. Tell everyone in the Philippines that they should know their idol is scared to death of me."

GL: Is there anything you'd like to say in closing?

JC: "I want to thank all of my fans all over and I'm not going to let any of you down! These other chumps are the one's who are letting the fans down by saying they want to fight at lightweight without wanting to fight the best lightweight."
